I've been told 4 different dates that the window in my car would be installed now - making it 2 weeks until it will be installed. The only thing I would have appreciated is a more accurate timeline from the start, as I have been on the phone several times with this business. Insurance does not cover a rental car for a missing window unless due to an accident. I have never dealt with as much of a hassle concerning any vehicle I have ever had. 👎
Stopped at City Auto Glass during the Cruise for Cancer to get my map stamped. After talking to the wonderful crew at the table I ended up making an appointment to get my windshield replaced. My husband blew out the back window in his new Sierra Denali one ton on Thursday night. Called CAG Friday morning expecting to have to order the window as it is electric with two slide windows and defrost, we were so surprised that they had the window! Not only that, but they came to our home within an hour and David did such a professional job. Great experience! 👍🏻
