The leasing specialist, Ashley, ghosted us the week my son was supposed to move in even though we were assured everything was on track and that we would get the keys to move in the next Friday. My son completed the application, submitted everything that was required and followed up relentlessly, only to have voicemail messages go unanswered and calls not returned.
