My experience with Eureka Ambulance was horrible. My husband was suffering incredibly from surgery on his back and neck. I could not control his pain from the surgery that he had had 4 days previously. We called 911 and were greeted by a medic named “Chew,” who said he was a fireman. This young man was totally obnoxious, would not listen, insisted my husband WALK to the front door. “Chew” claimed our hall was not wide enough to bring the stretcher in. You better hope you don't need to depend on this company to get you to a hospital quickly. We were stuck behind one of these ambulances driving well under the speed limit and refused to pull over in many of the available pull puts and let people who know to drive pass and arrive where they need to on time.

Continuation of my other accounts review. This is my husbands. I have been treated so poorly today for the last time they asked to charge my card prior to leaving that I told them I am going bavk to uber. For someone who has been nothin but nice to this company and their staff keep in mind 3 or 4 of the drivers unrelated to this event have told me this company and Ryan treat their staff and the clientele like 3rd class citizens.
