Excellent customer service! Jamie took great care in cleaning my upholstery and area rug. He is very professional and paid attention to details ensuring he removed all stains from the carpet. After all was clean and furniture was placed back into the room my cat vomited on the freshly cleaned rug! Jamie said no problem and cleaned it up with ease! FANTASTIC! Jamie did a fantastic job. We had 2 rooms and a hall cleaned and the house smells WONDERFUL. We have light colored carpets that I wasn't sure COULD get this clean. Highly recommend! We'll have to schedule some upholstery cleaning next.
Thank you to Jamie & the wonderful team at CitruSolution of Decatur. We had a few terrible pet stains that came right up with their special citrus peel cleaning solution! I was thrilled. Not only is it a much safer cleaning option, but the house smells great too. Plus, the staff is very friendly, arrives on time, and charges a very fair price! You also get your very own spray bottle with the solution to have on-hand if the pets make any new stains. Terrific if you have pets!!
I just wanted to take the time to recognize a fantastic carpet cleaner. Jamie, owner of Citrusolutions Decatur, did a phenomenal job of cleaning my carpet. I was shocked at how well my carpets looked afterwards! I tried Zerorez in the past, and was not impressed by the results. Not only did Jamie get the stains out, my house had a wonderful citrus smell afterwards. Super professional & personable, too. I highly recommend to anyone, especially someone with pets!
CitruSolution is so much better than putting soap into your carpet, which was never meant to happen. I've used them many times and the techs have all been super polite and have had great customer service. Not at all like the pushy carpet cleaners who offer a low price and then try to charge you a bunch of extra add on charges once they get there. I would strongly recommend them to anyone with carpet.
