I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. The wait time was extremely long, and the staff did not communicate clearly about delays or the process. I felt rushed during the visit, and my concerns were not addressed thoroughly. Overall, the service lacked professionalism and efficiency. I would not recommend this urgent care based on my experience.
They have you check in through a text link and one of the questions is which drug store would you like? I put my choice. 1 hr or so later I was called in the MEDICAL ASST took my vitals and asked me what pharmacy do I want (from the check in time and the called my name time, well that pharmacy changed) because cvs closes at 6pm and I would not make it in time, so when the MEDICAL ASST ASKED ME WHAT PHARMACY I SAID WALGREENS .
