Citrus valley physician group is the worse I call to make and appointment and the guy answering the call said ok we have and available appointment for next day so when he ask for my information and I told him that I was a knew patient now the only appointment available was three months from today I call on August 5 and he wanted to schedule me for mid October that’s is bs by the time I might not need to see the doctor anymore bs
This physician group is the worse! Horrible representatives, unprofessional and rude. They denied a procedure, then re-route my son to a different facility but refuse to fax original doctor’s order to the referring company. Please avoid this medical group.
Have been waiting on the line for an hour with it saying "you are caller number one in cue" for forty minutes just to speak with anyone. They should hire more well paid employees. So many looking for jobs... Oh now Samantha answered, had trouble hearing, and then just hung up. No call back. Nothing. Wow.
