This physician group is the worse! Horrible representatives, unprofessional and rude. They denied a procedure, then re-route my son to a different facility but refuse to fax original doctor’s order to the referring company. Please avoid this medical group.
Have been waiting on the line for an hour with it saying "you are caller number one in cue" for forty minutes just to speak with anyone. They should hire more well paid employees. So many looking for jobs... Oh now Samantha answered, had trouble hearing, and then just hung up. No call back. Nothing. Wow.

I am usually concerned to visit any offices such as but as soon as i went in i was treated with class and assured everything was going to be good. What made my experience easier was a nurse named Jenifer, she was very helpful throughout the entire way, made me feel calm and answered all of my questions with grace and dignity. Thank You
