Sad to say, but over the past couple of years trying to communicate with Citrus Valley Internal Medicine has become a real chore. It seems like I spend a week or more leaving messages to get a prescription filled each month and no one returns my calls. If my customer service was run like this, I'd lose my job.
Been going there 20 plus years Dr Chris help me when I had my heart problem he cleaned my ear out got the junk out of there he's the best I think the people that are great
If you want horrible service from people who appear to be incompetent and/or have antiquated systems and processes, are rude, totally uncaring, and inconsistent with their policies, go here. I have been a patient of Citrus Valley Internal Medicine for a little over a year. Dr Bovetas was my doctor and I think he is very good and cares about his patients. I have no idea how this office has such high reviews. The doctor’s and assistant care is good, but the office communication is really bad. There is virtually *no* way to get in contact with the office or medical assistants via their communication channels. They rarely pick up the phone or respond to your voicemails, they never respond to your messages in the patient portal, and the front desk assistant “doesn’t work in the office” and thus can’t connect you directly to a person.
