These fucking people at the front desk in the emergency area are bastards. Rude as fuck and mean. Not to me or my mom but to others that i have seen so far. If they would have talked to my mom the way they just talked to the past few people. I would have busted some heads. No wonder they have so many security walking around.
In 1977 was the first black Registered nurse that they hired . They tried to at least have 1 black in each department. I was told this by one of my " White patients. They only did this to appease the law. I had one crazy white man. tell me to Get your "black hands" off of me and go back to He'll where you came from !!!!!
My husband is in the hospital for 2 days suffering from pancreatitis. The staff there was absolutely amazing It was his birthday and we were sad because we had to cancel a trip out of town for the holidays because he was not feeling well. Our nurse Anna on the 4th floor was absolutely amazing. She bought a card and have the full staff sign it for my husband and as they will him out in a wheelchair on his release they sing him happy birthday. It was pretty amazing. this is why we always go to Foothill Presbyterian.
Horrible they must have changed hands or th one into Trump care early. I'm still waiting for answers why I was harassed by ICU nurses due to a bad reaction to anesthesia. Its been 2 weeks, they haven't called me back.
The nurse who attended my husband was very friendly and nice. She explained to me and my husband regarding his condition after he had his colonoscopy. And of course Dr. Arora who is super nice and always love his smile. Great job to the volunteer who help my husband while waiting for me to get my car.
Worst doctor in the world never even showed up when he was supposed to to get me discharged. Made me miss my brother's graduation because apparently getting paid 6 figures isn't enough to care about your patients.
