I brought my 2024 Kia Soul here for a scheduled service appointment due to a severe cold-start engine misfire I experienced (diagnostic codes P0300, P0301, P0302). When I arrived, the service advisor completely refused to inspect my car or scan the computer for history codes, simply because the check engine light was not active at that exact moment.
