I’m sorry to say but my experience at your service center was not that great. I live in Corona and have a ford by my house but I wanted to go to Ontario because I thought it was nicer and would have a better experience. First rolling up to the service center I was checked in which was fine. The service writer was not to welcoming when I was first greeted. I brought my Kia (less than 1,000 miles on it) to Citrus Motors Ford for a simple tire repair—just a small hole causing a slow air leak. The experience was beyond frustrating. First, I was told they wouldn’t fix it because I purchased the warranty at Pomona Kia, and apparently, Kia only allows warranty work at the place of purchase. What kind of nonsense is that? What a mess. Multiple times this shop failed to pickup a vehicle that was scheduled days in advance. They kept the vehicle for 24 hours and never touched it. One star for sending a Lyft to let me pickup the yet untouched vehicle. Useless Ford.
