Over 3 hours for a oil change and till not done , I was told 1 1/2 so I waited big mistake
We had a great experience with Ford and our advisor Max. We had some issues with our transmission due to jiffy lubes negligence and had to come out of our pocket but Ford was very transparent and helpful with service and got us our vehicle back very quick.
Have a 2023 Mustang Mach-e. It had a power train malfunction and a collision assist fault. Both went away but still took in to get checked. It took 3 days for them to diagnose the problem (hooking up to computer and running diagnostic). That should take an hour at most. Told me it was a coax cable and known problem. Ford does not cover but I decided to pay anyways.
