I'm writing on behalf of Harvey & Linda Thomas to formally express my concern regarding the delay in the return of their security deposit. They were excellent tenants at Citrus Hills 55+ Community Apartments whose lease ended in late December 2025. They made sure to leave their apartment unit in excellent condition (picture proof) only to wait over 45 days to still not receive their security deposit.
