Closing both offices without notifying their patients. I paid ahead of time for massages and appointments and was not refunded my money.... very very upset with how disturbingly unprofessional these people are.
Closed Crystal River and Inverness offices without notice to patients - patients arrive for appts to find doors locked and a note instructing them to call a medical dr who has absolutely no access to chiropractic records. Requests for patient records are ignored. Advise anyone looking for their records to file a complaint with the Florida Dept of Health Consumer Services 850/245-4339 Not understanding how Dr Jones and Dr Ross can do something like this to their patients who trusted them.
They closed their doors two weeks ago. But the infamous Groupon for massage was still running last week. I hope no one else lost money purchasing services they won’t be able to receive.
The office staff is so friendly and helpful! I ordered new orthotics and had an amazing comfortable adjustment! Can’t live without it ��
I don't think I have ever looked forward to walking into a doctor's office but I do this one. I'm a new patient and I will continue to be. The staff is friendly and genuine. �
