I've been a loyal customer of this nail salon for over 4 years, visiting every 3 weeks, and I've referred many of my family members because I genuinely loved the service. Unfortunately, over the last several visits, the quality has declined significantly. I had such a great experience here! My nail technician, Phat, was newer, but you would never know it by his work. He was incredibly kind, patient, and paid so much attention to detail. I absolutely love how my acrylic nails turned out. They're thin, natural-looking, and not chunky at all—exactly what I was hoping for! He did an amazing job. I used to go to Citrus regularly when I lived in Friendswood, but I stopped going before I ever moved away. After this visit, I remembered why.
