Ask for my nails to be shorter because I prefer shorter over long. He said he was going to cut them down shorter after, and for me not to worry about it and he never did. Also tried to up charge on me when I never once asked for one of the items they added and I told them specifically what I wanted when I came in, showed them a picture and all. The long nails were to uncomfortable for me, so I ended up cutting them down to a size I was comfortable with when I got home.
I have been here at Citris Salon for more than 3 years. Since it’s been opening. Tony the technician keep changing The price. The list price says $45 plus cat eye $15 and removal cost $5 the total should be $65. But the they fight me for $85. I told them the list price should stay the same but they insisted, not now after the service done. It seems to me that they are stealing customers money for doing that. I will never come back after that.
I've been a loyal customer of this nail salon for over 4 years, visiting every 3 weeks, and I've referred many of my family members because I genuinely loved the service. Unfortunately, over the last several visits, the quality has declined significantly. I had such a great experience here! My nail technician, Phat, was newer, but you would never know it by his work. He was incredibly kind, patient, and paid so much attention to detail. I absolutely love how my acrylic nails turned out. They're thin, natural-looking, and not chunky at all—exactly what I was hoping for! He did an amazing job.
