I'm 9 months pregnant and can't reach my feet anymore, but I needed cute toes & a massage before my baby shower. My friend recommended I try the Friendswood location, and it was great! I usually do my own nails, but it was truly amazing to be pampered by someone else and worth every penny. I got the hot stone pedi with green tea scent- very light and didn't trigger me in my sensitive state. Maybe I'll go back just for another massage, lol! I absolutely love the tech Jenny! I’ve followed her to this location from another location because of her work! She has so much attention to detail and cares about your experience as well! I get so many compliments on my nails and the quality of the work lasts for over a month! And Ivy is my go to for my pedicures! She takes her time and never rushes through! Her detail is top tier as well! I will continue coming here as long as these two ladies work here!
I came to this salon on my birthday, hoping for a good experience, but the service made it very clear I won’t be returning. When I asked about a birthday or new customer discount, the front desk guy replied in a mocking tone, saying "I can only give you 20% off next time" I was told the wait would be 10 15 minutes, yet I waited twice as long.
