Hair in the food, was great the first time I went there, but won't be going back.
Food was good. Service was horrible. The server checked on us twice, took our order did not ask if we wanted anything to drink but water. Unlike the service we normally get there.
When you ask what the difference between a hearty and a petite plate. There should be something more than a poor description of the 'plate'. It would also be great if they run out of something that they notify you either before they make something different or at least when the bring it out. So that they don't look completely stupid. The food is fantastic,but I had a horrible experience with my waiter. He was completely preoccupied and had awful customer service. We waited over 25 minutes for water and another 20 after we asked for our check and it wasn't even that busy. I contacted the staff and told them how dissatisfied I was with my server and wasn't acknowledged. This is unfortunate because I love this place and love their food! I'm sad I had such a bad experience.
Don't bother giving them a poor rating on service (which it is). They delete it immediately.
The beef tenderloin with gorgonzola sauce was to die for! Seriously, the best ever!
