Thankfully, I am NOT a patient at this clinic! I recently took a friend to her appointment to get a heart monitor. We arrived 35 minutes early. She signed in as usual and waited for the receptionist to come and process her. After waiting for almost an hour, no one came. About 15 minutes more, the receptionist took her position at the front desk and began processing the paperwork and calling patients (7 by this time). I asked for an explanation for the delay. I see Dr. Citrin for my varicose veins. He is friendly and takes his time when seeing you. The Vein Sonographer is very knowledgeable and I feel Dr. Citrin and her make a great team.
The staff is nice but that is about it. If you want a dr that answers his cell phone in the room with you when it's not an emergency, he's your guy. If you want a dr who will bring multiple people in your room to talk about other patients, he's your guy. If you want a dr who will.just keep adding medicine and not getting down to the actual problem, he's your guy! If you're an older patient, please run!
