We had a leak in the basement and the bill was 350$. I called for a leak adjustment and nothing was done. The leak was from a hot water heather that is behind a finished wall and not noticed until the carpet was wet in the bedroom. Citizens manager said it doesn't meet the criteria. Such a joke!!!! I asked for a home inspection to prove the leak could not of been seen but they don't do that. Of course they don't. 6 times our regular bill and I guess they think we just filled a pool in NOV.
