Do. Not. Use. This. Company! I have been battling with an insurance claim check for over a year! I am out approx. $300 in overnight/2 day shipping via UPS trying to streamline the process and I am getting absolutely no where. Meanwhile my roof is still deteriorating..
Horrible customer service. Our home was damaged by a storm. The insurance company sent us funds very quickly. Citizens was sent the checks overnight delivery, they proceeded to delay and delay and delay. they took over a week to process the check then played games and took 10 business days after the check cleared to order a check to send us. Insurance issued check within 2 business day and it took citizens over 26 business days to finally get around to sending our checks. and they sent them regular mail instead of fed ex as ... read more
Avoid at all cost. Worst customer service ever. This is worse than the worst I've experience in my life. Average waiting time + 30 min to get someone to talk to you. Seriously, stay away.
No help at all. I wish my mortgage was through another bank.
Did a 1 time close construction to permanent mortgage. Loan officer was a snake oil salesman. Been with them for 2+ years now and nothing but issues. They lie and have you by the balls so you can't do anything about it. STAY AWAY!
