I just want to say that I don’t give enough credit to Jimmy at the Oakdale branch. He goes above and beyond for his customers, he listens and never argues but if the customer is wrong he is firm without being disrespectful. He is the only reason I have stayed with the branch for so long and I hope he gets the credit he deserves. He should be the personal banker he only needs tellers to help him. Taking time too long for waiting (1 hour )
We recently worked with Margaret Tozier at CCF Bank securing a loan for a second home/cabin/recreational land. The experience was excellent from beginning to end. Update: I did speak with Courtney and she was very helpful and listened and resolved the issue. I appreciate her reaching out and have updated my rating to reflect that. Original: Poor customer service and their technology is behind the times. Their website failed when I attempted to make a payment and therefore I was charged a late fee (yes, I waited until the end to make the payment and I acknowledged that but at the same time I expect the bank to stand behind their system).
