Customer service leaves much to be desired. Also they are not posting my direct deposit on the day it's dated. Instead, it is not in my account until Monday when it should be there Friday morning. And no one has been able to help me with this. I am switching banks first thing next week.
I've been banking with Citizens now for almost 3 years and I completely satisfied with them. Better than the other local bank I used before Citizens. :-) Great customer service at Monrovia Branch!!
