I've been banking with Citizens now for almost 3 years and I completely satisfied with them. Better than the other local bank I used before Citizens. :-) Great customer service at Monrovia Branch!!

Wow this is sad to read. I know we all have our own experiences and I am blessed to say all mine have been good. Troy and Brooke have always taken time to answer questions or help. My family has banked with them for almost 50 years now.
