I've had a car loan with Citizens for 2 years. They are still unable to send an e-bill, or receive an online payment. For two years I have never even seen a statement from them and have no idea if they even receive my payments on time. When I set up a payment from my own bank, they have to mail a paper check to Citizens, which takes 5 days. I found that there are many, many websites for Citizens Bank and spent hours trying to find the one that cooresponds to my loan. This bank is not user friendly whatsoever. Customer service leaves much to be desired. Also they are not posting my direct deposit on the day it's dated. Instead, it is not in my account until Monday when it should be there Friday morning. And no one has been able to help me with this. I am switching banks first thing next week.
I've been banking with Citizens now for almost 3 years and I completely satisfied with them. Better than the other local bank I used before Citizens. :-) Great customer service at Monrovia Branch!!
