I bank at two institutions, and recently started banking at Citizens. Wow, I have been impressed by the staff and managers of this location! Glad they're in Junction City!
Kelvin Z is the rudest and most unprofessional customer representative/manager I have dealt with. He reluctantly refused to help in any way. I will not bank with Citizens Bank. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THIS BANK AS THEY ARE BOUCH OF THIEVES. Even if, you have 2 to 3 times of your spending limit, they will refuse to increase your daily spending limit. Kelvin Z told me CITIZEN BANK does not have all my money available. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BANK WITH CITIZEN BANK.

First off, what a great Community Bank.. they are not just a bank. With a team of great people who care about our community and the knowledge to provide above excellence service. If you go into this bank, ask to speak to Sara Fay... she is passionate about her job and the community. Willing to go above and beyond to make sure that small businesses can succeed and the know how to guide us to be successful. I would recommend this bank and Sara Fay to anyone out there in search for a great bank.
