I make $500 to $900 weekly and spoke to someone who essentially provided lip service for helping me get my starter replaced before it damaged the flywheel as well. If you had ever resolved me being able to deposit my funds directly from my job, you would’ve seen a very demonstrable proof of income since I came back in October 2025. Marissa and the gentleman at the door were so friendly and helpful! I forgot my wallet and only had my phone and a checkbook to confirm my identity. Everything was sparkling clean. Everyone should be so pleasant! I appreciate my decades long relationship with citizens bank.
The bank service itself was fine but a teller who looked like Humpty Dumpty (probably barely making more money on OF by now) told me I cleaned up well on the day of my aunt’s funeral. I didn’t know that appearance was a prerequisite of using your services and I never had any vermin, cuts, or other disfigurations.
Had a meeting scheduled for 12 with Alex. 18 minutes passed and we grew impatient and decided to leave. My mother was on her lunch break. I suggest the branch manager teach time management skills to staff. This was ridiculous and frustrating.
The staff is helpful!! However we opened an account there because of the $600 "special" they were running. Social Security had a back log of changing direct deposit. I went in to Citizens and told them and told them this. I was told that as long it was the month it would be ok. We never got it so we went in today. They told me it was 3 days late being depisited!!! So i dont get the "special". Im not happy. Sounds like a scam to me. Be careful
