Marissa and the gentleman at the door were so friendly and helpful! I forgot my wallet and only had my phone and a checkbook to confirm my identity. Everything was sparkling clean. Everyone should be so pleasant! I appreciate my decades long relationship with citizens bank.
The bank service itself was fine but a teller who looked like Humpty Dumpty (probably barely making more money on OF by now) told me I cleaned up well on the day of my aunt’s funeral. I didn’t know that appearance was a prerequisite of using your services and I never had any vermin, cuts, or other disfigurations.
Had a meeting scheduled for 12 with Alex. 18 minutes passed and we grew impatient and decided to leave. My mother was on her lunch break. I suggest the branch manager teach time management skills to staff. This was ridiculous and frustrating.
The staff is helpful!! However we opened an account there because of the $600 "special" they were running. Social Security had a back log of changing direct deposit. I went in to Citizens and told them and told them this. I was told that as long it was the month it would be ok. We never got it so we went in today. They told me it was 3 days late being depisited!!! So i dont get the "special". Im not happy. Sounds like a scam to me. Be careful
