This bank leaves a lot to be desired, l have been with Citizens for 30 years this is the most inconvenient place to do business. In a plaza with so much traffic it is stupid and everytime I have gone to make a deposit in the drive thru I have to wait too long. I went inside once and it was as if I were bothering the teller. I plan on closing my accounts there in the next few months just because I am tired of dreading going to this bank.

I make $500 to $900 weekly and spoke to someone who essentially provided lip service for helping me get my starter replaced before it damaged the flywheel as well. If you had ever resolved me being able to deposit my funds directly from my job, you would’ve seen a very demonstrable proof of income since I came back in October 2025. As is, I don’t recommend you to anyone based on your followup or lack of. This is just another bank that will charge you $10 a month just to hold your money. Marissa and the gentleman at the door were so friendly and helpful! I forgot my wallet and only had my phone and a checkbook to confirm my identity. Everything was sparkling clean. Everyone should be so pleasant! I appreciate my decades long relationship with citizens bank.
