Came for a work trip, and it’s so bad and noisy I’d rather pay out of my own pocket to live somewhere else.
The people
Only downside to my experience at this hotel is having my souvenir glass cup from Mango’s Tropical Cafe stolen by housekeeping staff. Management took weeks to finally reach out regarding the situation and then refused to take responsibility for the theft. Staff left behind foam cups from the Booby Trap in the room, which they did not throw away but took my glass. It’s good to know they support theft make sure yall hide your items and hold them tight when you stay with Citizen M Brickell
Middle of freaking brickell, with the lambo street racers on Tue night, and they don’t have earplugs. Also no drinking water in the rooms.
Hotel was very nice and service was excellent and rooftop pool was great and breakfast was delicious every morning.
