It was a pleasure to work with Kevin and team. He was able to give a quick quote based on seeing a picture of the issue. Ended up costing lower. Was proactive and found another issue and resolved it. Very happy with the outcome and service. I will be safe keeping their phone number for future work and recommendations.

I had a pleasure of dealing with Mike. Came on time, explained everything well. I had clog in mainline . It was resolved with a snake and we also did hydro washing as a precaution to avoid any further issues . Pipes are now clean as new . The pipes were shown after the fact and no debris were seen. Price was fair too.

I tried to save money and replace the toilet fill valve by myself….big mistake! The pipe to shut off the toilet water started leaking, I couldn’t unscrew one of the seals…a complete mess. Fortunately, Kev came to save the day. Sadly, he uncovered some other toilet issues that couldn’t be unseen or unaddressed, so he fixed that too - all for a reasonable price. The company show 20 minutes after my call I call different plumbers and some of them request cheaper price and left the job after 15 minutes and citizen pluming and heating is the best and know shower is working fine good job
