I tried to save money and replace the toilet fill valve by myself….big mistake! The pipe to shut off the toilet water started leaking, I couldn’t unscrew one of the seals…a complete mess. Fortunately, Kev came to save the day. Sadly, he uncovered some other toilet issues that couldn’t be unseen or unaddressed, so he fixed that too - all for a reasonable price. I had Dickson come to my house on a late Friday. He took care of all my plumbing issues. I had a clogged kitchen sink with a leaky faucet. Dickson is very professional and courteous. He is clean and very efficient. My experience with him is an everlasting one. From now I will have him as my plumber and will pass on his information to any and everyone I know. Incredible service! Basement flooded due to extreme rain, I was on my own with two babies single mom. Explained how I spent all night tying to figure out how to drain the basement and just needed a sump pump to clear out flood until city and landlord can come help me in AM. It was midnight. The technician walked through every step via FaceTime and helped clean the backwater from entering house. Absolute saint. Highly recommend their services. Photos show after it was drained. Was about 4” of water and continued to rise.

I had a flush value issue with my toilet. Kevin arrived with excellent service and fixed my issue in less than 30 minutes. He was very attentive, reliable and communicated his process thoroughly. Highly recommend there service again!
