An uneven preformance – As we were regular visitors at Sweet Lorraine's we were curious as to what the new place would be like and decided that we would visit this evening. We waited for a table even though there were only two other diners inside the tables all had soiled paper. Our server quickly got our beverages and took our order. Breakfast was Average – Stopped in for breakfast this morning after reading the review in City Pages. Very average...IMHO Sweet Lorraines had more choices. There were a few people on the patio , but only myself and another table indoors. Ordered Coffee and had to ask for a refill....even though it was dead. Had a typical breakfast...eggs over easy that I had to cut with a knife. No jelly for the toast. Didn't want to bother them for Catsup for the hash browns. I was ready to get out of there.
