drove 45 minutes because online it said open until 2:00am..we arrived at 10:15pm. the door said open until 11:30pm, but we were told they were already closed. incredibly inconvenient and misleading.

RecommendedThe meat is locally sourced, deliciously fresh and perfectly cooked. The flavorful swiss cheese is also local as is the brioche bun. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, replenishing our tea without having to be asked. Also, we drove from Richmond because we were in the mood for a "Citizens" fix.
RecommendedBurgers are huge and the fries are delicious. Friendly service.
Flame grilled burgers would be a start. The hour and a half wait was NOT worth it.
