My main complaint that people who are interested in this building should know about is the water/sewer bill - I lived on my own and there were months when my water/sewer bill was over 300+ per month for a 1 bed 1 bath apartment. One month it was over 400! I know this is too high based on what my friends pay in the area and also because right now I’m living in a bigger space in a different building and my water/sewer bill is at most 100 per month. I’ve lived here for one year. The one thing that stands out is the property managers, particularly Bryan, are extremely responsive and go out of their way to ensure issues are addressed quickly. Great place to live.
