Sharing a lot of the same sentiment as previous reviews. Have a girlfriend on the first floor and I'll echo the other people that it is very loud from the businesses underneath, and smells of weed pretty consistently, would not recommend that floor or any of the unit with a view of a parking garage. I had a VERY unsuccesful tour. I booked an appointment through the website the night before. I received 3 emails and 2 texts to confirm I was coming. Upon getting there, future resident parking was full with cars not touring the property so we had to pay for parking. After waiting 15 minutes outside the building, emailing, and calling the leasing agent shows up. If you value peace and quiet, avoid living here, especially ON THE FIRST FLOOR. I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE ON THE FIRST FLOOR! Noise from construction and nearby retail is constant and disruptive, while management shows little concern, prioritizing retail profits over residents well being. Had a confirmed tour today at 1:30 PM showed up at 1:27 PM and waited until 2:20 PM and no one ever showed up.
I've been here for about two months now and really like the building. Even though it's corporately owned, it doesn't feel that way. The staff is small and approachable, and we actually know them. Don and Jay are great. They're responsive, timely, and take care of everything without any of the apathy you sometimes see in larger properties. The place feels more personal and less like a big, faceless operation. The gym is nice and never too crowded.
