If you value peace and quiet, avoid living here, especially ON THE FIRST FLOOR. I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE ON THE FIRST FLOOR! Noise from construction and nearby retail is constant and disruptive, while management shows little concern, prioritizing retail profits over residents well being. Had a confirmed tour today at 1:30 PM showed up at 1:27 PM and waited until 2:20 PM and no one ever showed up.
I've been here for about two months now and really like the building. Even though it's corporately owned, it doesn't feel that way. The staff is small and approachable, and we actually know them. Don and Jay are great. They're responsive, timely, and take care of everything without any of the apathy you sometimes see in larger properties. The place feels more personal and less like a big, faceless operation. The gym is nice and never too crowded. Honest Review: Pros - Great Location - Clean Apartment / New Amenities - Good Parking for city limits Cons: - Hot Water last 8-10 min in shower - Elevators are slow and defective - DO NOT LIVE ON 1st FlOOR! There is constant construction and multiple shops below. Including a cardio kickboxing gym that will blast music and drop weights every day. It was the worst do not live on 1st floor - Do not be suprised if you do not get your security deposit back or if they try to swindle you on fees when moving out
Recently toured this property! Love it! First of all, I must give a shout out to Tannis! Very patient with me. Location ROCKS! ON the Beltline! New! Basically like a hotel. Small but location, location, location!!
