I responded to a listing for a 1 bedroom condo for rent in Huntington Beach. The response I got was from an agent named Amal. Her English in the e-mail was so bad I immediately suspected that I was speaking to a Nigerian scammer. But I Googled her name and phone number and found her Citiwide profile and assumed she was legit so I set up an appointment.
