Noel Collings is a flat out criminal and should be put in jail. I submitted an offer to buy a house through a different agent. She actually stole my identification document and submitted me for a home loan through a company that she works with. They did a hard pull on my credit without my knowledge, and my credit score dropped. Then my bank was not willing to give me a loan for the property. Is 0 stars available? I worked with Syed Ahmed / Sayeed Mahmud from February - April 2020. The team was unresponsive and used very sketchy business practices on an investment property. Communication was poor not only did they not speak English very well, they would not respond to emails, phone calls, or text messages in a timely fashion. It seemed very unethical and I will not work with them in the future.
