Erasmo has been an all around five star employee. He continually goes above and beyond in every capacity, whether it’s the maintenance of the building or any repairs needed to be done in my apartment, he acts with agility always rising to the occasion to ensure complete operational efficiency. It is because of his level of customer service that I continue to renew my lease.
Love this building everybody is helpful, beautiful neighborhood, I think it has the best pool in downtown. Aliyah was always so helpful and nice to us for sure will rent again when I return to Orlando

I love Cititower! Great amenities and friendly staff. I stopped Mark in the lobby after submitting a maintenance request and he stopped what he was doing to fix the issue! 5-star service for sure
