I’ve lived here for 2 years now and I would say it’s been about an average experience. For what you pay you would expect more. The pool is nice and so is the gym. Concierge and Maintenance are very friendly always, Aliyah from leasing was very good at getting back to you and helpful. My downside is the fact that they converted all studios into one bedrooms and instead of being able to renew my lease I was forced to move into a one bedroom for renovations. I will edit my review if they at least clean the gym and learn the difference between the types of deliveries. (groceries vs. packages) I've been living in Cititower Apartments since August 2023. First and foremost, these apartments are overpriced. I frequently notice kitchen odors from adjacent units facing the west that easily transfer to my bathroom.
