Just moved in and it was such a quick easy process thanks to Aliyah, I decided this place due to all the luxury features and the approx to all restaurants and honestly it’s just so convenient! Aliyah welcomed me and honestly she has been so helpful during the entire process along with the rest of the leasing staff thank you for making me feel at home 🏡
I am modifying my 5 star review because I am really annoyed and shocked at how the leasing company sneaks in additional bizarre charges. This month I got hit with a $155 “electric refill charge” Soooo sneaky!!!! It’s like an assessment on a rental property! Something I have never seen in a leased apt So the rent they advertise is actually a couple of hundred dollars below what you actually pay. What a team! Walter, Aliyah, Michelle, CitiTowers amazing maintenance team, Housekeeping, and concierge service keeps the building alive and residents engaged. It’s apparent this team works cohesively and is attuned to the needs of its residents all with a smile. Improvements and tenant events happen monthly because of this team and it’s appreciated. currently live here and it’s great! Amenities are amazing, so much to do. Location is great as well, everything you could ever need is so close. Staff is especially helpful and nice all the time:)
