Very frustrating experience with management. I spoke with Gigi regarding an issue involving two vehicles that were towed. I explained that we had notified the concierge that there were two vehicles. I was alittle hurt, because i live two hours away, and i came to see a the apartment. So the rent they advertise is actually a couple of hundred dollars below what you actually pay. There is a mandatory “trash reimbursement” fee, a mandatory “amenity fee” and surprise “rebill” charges. The staff is very, very slow to respond to issues although they are very nice people. The location of the building is great and, if you get an apartment on a high floor, the views are stunning.
