Sadly, its only one star because i cant leave a review without it being 0 stars. Since moving into the building I've personally witnessed such underhanded and shady practices from the leasing staff. Now with another new manager its only gotten worse. Please please DO NOT rent in this building. I am already looking for another place to call home because personally I do not feel like this building is my home. Over the past week, I’ve toured several high-rise apartments in the downtown area, and Brenda provided the best experience by far. She genuinely had my best interests in mind and gave a thorough overview of everything the building has to offer. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer incredible views, and the rooftop pool, gym, and other amenities are truly top-notch. Thank you, Brenda, for all your help throughout my apartment search — your support made a big difference.
I’ve lived here for 2 years now and I would say it’s been about an average experience. For what you pay you would expect more. The pool is nice and so is the gym. Concierge and Maintenance are very friendly always, Aliyah from leasing was very good at getting back to you and helpful. My downside is the fact that they converted all studios into one bedrooms and instead of being able to renew my lease I was forced to move into a one bedroom for renovations.
