Extremely unorganized and unprofessional company. They called me (the tenant) to ask me how much and who I paid for my security deposit because they couldn’t find it (that’s illegal). THEY FORGOT to charge me the water bill for 1.5 years and then dumped a $700 charge on me. They charged me a $350 pet deposit because my boyfriend’s dog came over. Citiside Property Management never answers calls. Their recorded greeting instructs to contact them by email to get answers most quickly. Voice mail messages are not returned. My four emails received one useless reply in 25 days. Andy Rivas, "tenant relations coordinator" responded ineffectively, and owner Johnny Voyles responded not at all. I have been under Citiside property management for a months or so now. My kitchen floors were badly cracked , also broken and had been that way for years. I called to complain about my floors again, since we're under new management. Saturday they sent out ICG Painting and Remodeling LLC to fix in my floor. They did an amazing job! I had a horrible experience with Citiside. As a property owner, I decided to use Citiside to help me place a tenant in a property. The Citiside team came to the property and removed several items in the name of "cleaning up". Several of these items were newly purchased for the new tenant. For five months, Citiside was not able to place a tenant. Most of the applicants or interest came from me sending Citiside these leads.
