As a landlord, Citiside was a HORRIBLE experience. I was a first time investment property owner, and they priced our listing too high and took horrendous photos. Over the course of 6 weeks, we only had one showing. And during that showing the visitor not only STOLE our washing machine / dryer but also stole the key (which we had to pay to get rekeyed). The property manager called me to tell me this but also said he "didn't want to" wait for the police that night so he waited til the next morning (when time is of the essence)... read more
I love the way this company communicates with me. Submitting my documents weren’t hard at all . Approval process and timing also matters and both were a breeze.
