Citiside took over property 05/24, I was given a 3 day notice even thou they have in their possession a copy of my lease that I paid my rent until 08/23/2024. They are creating, new unrelated fees that my present lease does not include. there are present issues of sub-standard living conditions rodents, bugs, decaying subfloor, odor, dips and hills in floor.
