Why my experience is different.I just want this company to know how angry I am. So December of last year I was Informed that my ss number was linked to a property I never stayed or applied for. I called the company to get information to see what was going on and I may have been a victim of identity theft. At first they seem like they were gonna be helpful as weeks went by they didn't want to have any communication with me at all.I had to get a lawyer to get the property off my credit and still till this day I haven't heard f... read more
They were professional and kind. Responded quickly to all questions. Provided me with updates regarding maintenance without me having to call or text for an update
Unorganized company with terrible customer service.
