This has been the most unprofessional rental experience I’ve ever dealt with. Communication was almost nonexistent from the start—calls and messages were ignored repeatedly, and whenever I did get a response, it was just empty promises. I been with Citisides Properties for 10 yrs and they have been very good with their properties , But 2024-2026 they have been very BAD with they properties . Where I live is a good neighborhood and was safe place to live ,but now it’s not . And when you requested some repairs that need to be safe in the home hey don’t do a good job I really love my home but I need to safe in my home The way we pays a lot of rent you would think that they would understand the meaning of good landlords .
