I’ve had a tree fall on my house while my kids and I were in it. I had previously asked them to take care of the tree 4 months prior. Ruined all my outdoor patio furniture. They didn’t reimburse for any of it. A year later had an another tree (from neighbors yard) fall across my back yard. Took them over a month to clean it up. I wanted to move out early- they wanted to charged me two months rent to do so.
I have not rented from this property management company. I went to view a home and I can't believe that they are actually placing this house on the market for perspective tenants. It was filthy and smell like mold. This speaks volumes for what a tenant can expect. No thanks, Citiside!!!

Citiside Properties sent out project manager Devin to assess the repairs that were needed. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. The crew he brought in were courteous and professional and did a wonderful job on the repairs. They even took off their shoes before coming inside. I highly recommend this group for whatever you need
