To anyone trying to rent property be vigilant. This company is very unprofessional and discriminatory. Everything checked out with me and on the last step of the application process, the company asked for my rental history and who we are renting from now. DO NOT LEASE WITH CITISIDE PROPERTY. ESPECIALLY 3787 REDWING CIRCLE. THEY ARE LIARS AND HALF DO ALL REPAIRS. THIS HOUSE IS FULL OF MOLD. IT IS ALSO UNDER CODE ENFORCEMENT VIOLATIONS. THEY SAY THEY MAKE REPAIRS WHEN THEY DON'T. THE AC WOULD NOT SHUT OFF AND THE HEAT WOULD NEVER GET WARM UNTIL AN ATTORNEY GOT INVOLVED. THEY DID 2 HALF REMEDIATION PROCESSES JUST TO DO A COMPLETE ONE DOWNSTAIRS IN THE BASEMENT WHICH FAILED AIR QUALITY TESTS THEY ONLY DID THE CORRECT ONE AFTER THE 3RD TIME BECAUSE INSPECTORS WERE CALLED.
