Do NOT rent from this company when I wanted to do a walk through with someone after signing my lease they stated it had “already been done” after telling them that it does state in the lease that I am invited for a walkthrough with someone present I finally got them to agree to do a walkthrough with someone present, while doing the walkthrough I discovered there was a huge FLOOD coming out of the side of the house from a busted pipe from the dishwasher.
