I waited 3 hours for a single MRI. Appointment was at 10:30am and I enter to do it at 12:40. This is very ridiculous and disgusting. Receptionists lying telling me every 30 minutes I will be in. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Never coming back to this place unless you want to kill your day.
I can't say enough great things about this physical therapy clinic. From day one, everyone has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely invested in my recovery. The parking there is the worst. There’s almost never any parking, and you’ll end up spending a lot of money just paying for parking every time you come here. don’t recommend

Disgusted. Two people in the waiting room. Waiting over 1 hour and a half. No movement. The office feels like a meat locker. This complaint needs to be escalated. The office manager is useless in getting things moving. If possible go to another location Update to my original post. I did have a conversation with the office manager regarding the wait time. I was accommodated with another appointment due to unforseen circumstances. I do appreciate her assistance in resolving this matter.
