I had a wonderful experience with Melissa, the MRI, and Isabella at the front desk they were so amazing. They kept me up to date, and Melissa clarified to me, step by step, what she was going to do. She put on soft music and held my hand until I got inside the Machine I got comfortable I really appreciate them I would definitely come back. Thank you!!
I waited 3 hours for a single MRI. Appointment was at 10:30am and I enter to do it at 12:40. This is very ridiculous and disgusting. Receptionists lying telling me every 30 minutes I will be in. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Never coming back to this place unless you want to kill your day.
I can't say enough great things about this physical therapy clinic. From day one, everyone has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely invested in my recovery. The parking there is the worst. There’s almost never any parking, and you’ll end up spending a lot of money just paying for parking every time you come here. don’t recommend
