My experience with Citi Glass was highly disappointing. The verbal scope of work differed significantly from the actual work performed, leading to confusion and overpricing. I specifically requested all the windows biding and putty to be replaced, but instead of following my instructions, they provided total lengths and claimed it to be a three-man job, then added missing word in quote with actual length of windows putty & beading areas to confuse.
