It has been my experience that Cities Management has proven to be a very disappointing property management company. There obviously is little effort put in to establishing communication and trust with property owners, like myself, who have to call them repeatedly to get issues resolved. They state they are a company where people are their passion and that their customer reps are accessible and knowledgeable. I have found quite the opposite to be true.
