Money grubbing at its finest!!! Do nothing but try to figure out how to get more money from clients... These people are pathetic. Poor to non existent customer service is just another fine attribute!!!
The late fees this company accrues is criminal. I pain my HOA fees for 8 months and they are still charging me $140.00 a month in late fees. It is impossible to communicate with them. They do not answer their phones or return emails. Loan sharking at its best.
This company is very hard to communicate with. They do not answer calls and ask you not to call again because of "duplicate calls" interfering with the process of calling people back. However, I have called and they DO NOT call back. They were sending my bills to the wrong mailing address. I was not receiving HOA statements. I received no email messages regarding the HOA Fees. Unless you are enrolled in automatic payments you are charged. $2.95 for an online payment. This is the only company that charges me money to pay them.
Horrible association. They upped the association without telling us until the month after it was due. So when they received my payment for that month, they charged me $10 for a insufficient payment transaction and then another $15 for a late fee. All because they raised our rate by $5 which they never informed me of. By the time they did inform me of the increase, I already sent my payment for the second month, so they racked up $50 for erroneous charges before they even notified me. We paid them to take care of our property every month. They hire services that charges extra directly from our accounts without any notice. They hired light bulb service who charge owners $20 per bulb. I talked to the layer and he said this is wrong. This is owners area to take care but association can replace too for the cost that owner will pay which is $1 or less. They don't control this service and don't want to take any responsibilities. Worst HOA I have ever had dealings with which is sad. They are profiling me because my vehicle is not a shiny new lexus convertable but a 17 year old pick up that obviously reflects the fact that I cant really afford to make major repairs all at once. They are just trying to force me to get rid of it by threatening to have it removed because of a missing muffler which I am fixing but we all know as soon as its fixed there willbe another complaint and threat. Omg...where to begin?! This is absolutely the WORST mgmt company EVER ! If you are debating buying in an HOA they manage,DON'T do it,and run as fast as you can in the OPPOSITE direction!!
