I did a lot of research on the car I wanted so I knew that I found a great price when I happened upon it at Citicar Canada. I spoke with Ismail over the phone and he arranged for me to come see and test drive the vehicle the next day. After viewing and test driving the vehicle, Ismail and I knew it had problems so we were able to negotiate a fair deal to have it certified and safetied.
