During the brief period that Citibrokers managed my building, I had an excellent experience. The team was consistently reliable, and communication regarding maintenance requests was seamless. Henry, in particular, was extremely helpful throughout the move-in process.
Roached out apartments, Rent increase to make people move out. Capital improvement fraud, and want's me to pay for it, and they want only cash. They won't pick up the mail, so we can all run to to a 7/11 and give them cash like there starving.
We bought a business with John over 20 years ago, and now, as returning customers, we’ve just sold another with him and his daughter. Their hard work and trustworthiness have made the process smooth. We know they’ll always give their best for us and their clients. Highly recommend them!
