Been on hold for over an hour! I called the FRAUD DEPARTMENT cuz somebody stole my identity and opened a card in my name and NO ONE THERE CARES. Well I care! I'm not going to be responsible for any charges these thieves make and I'm glad i didn't open an account with this horrible company!
This has to be one of the worst companies to get a mortgage through. All of the calls are answered by people in India or Guatemala, they don't understand English. The "system" is always down, and they can't reach anyone state side. Horrible company.
I unknowingly got a credit card for Citibank. This happened when I purchased carpeting at Home Depot which uses Citibank for its credit services. I advised Home Depot to switch to another credit provider if they want my future business. Citibank's interest rates are borderline usury. I called Citibank and the customer service agent was rude and non compassionate. Citibank should offer lower interest rate cards to good customers such as myself.
What a terrible place to work, after 15 years of service, my wife gets fired for using up all her vacation days to tend to our 3 children when needed. Sorry that family comes first in this household Mr. Leo Rokusek.
