These damn people have to send a letter so they can verify my identity just because I forgot my security passphrase. It just pissed me off. Here I got my card today and have to wait even longer before I can use my own money.
Hello! I've been a customer of this bank since many years but I am not happy with the virtual customer services this bank was offering. You don't have locations available where I live this makes very hard!
There have been issues where I was not so impressed with Citi - however, this time I was SO grateful for them! PayPal double charged me and said my refund could take up to 30 days - I disputed the charge with Citi and they gave me the money back right away! I was so grateful because my rent checks and other items would have bounced without their help. Thank you so much!
Worst credit card customer service I've ever had in my life. I'll take my almost 100k in annual spend (personal) + business spend (more$$) to Amex and Chase.
