Verified Renter I love living here. I just signed my lease for my 6th year as a resident. They fix things very quickly and I feel safe living here.
Verified Renter Unfortunately, I would not recommend Citi. I do love the location and how quiet the apartments are, however for what you pay for, things are constantly breaking and the quality of materials for the 'renovated' units are very poor. Seems like the renovations were a quick fix rather than something of high quality.
BE CAREFUL OF HIDDEN FEES AND BEING MISLEAD. Since Rockwell purchased the property and our lease was moved under them, it seems our experience has gotten worse and worse. This location is great, so we decided to look if there were any bigger units available. We found one online for the same month our other lease expires listed at a great price.
