I had a 9:30 am appointment February 28,2026. I arrived at 9:20 am. I was asked to come back at 10am. I was not happy but I left and came back as asked at 10am just to be told can you come back again in a hour. I e seen how the manager /supervisor on some of the reviews comment and tell the unsatisfied customer, " oh I'm sorry about the experience you received we will do better next time, hope you come back, etc, etc... Not good with keeping appointments. After having a 9:30am APPOINTMENT. I arrived @ 9:20am and was told to come back @10:00am. When I did return again at 10am, I was told to come back again. My question is, " what was the purpose of having a appointment when they keep telling you to come back over & over?
