I was excited to finally be able to use this place as it is so close to my house. Showed up at 8:20am on a Thursday and the doors were locked and no answer on the phone. Make sure you call before you show up.
I had an appointment last Friday at 11am. Showed up and the place was closed. I didn’t even get an email or a phone call saying they were gonna be closed that day. I kept calling back ever since to reschedule and no one has answered the phone. I even went back once this week and it was closed. I emailed them no once responded!! I mean what kind of urgent care doesn’t answer their phone??? I just want to know if this place is closed so i don’t have to keep coming or calling and getting ignored every single time.
Great Physician and staff. Amazing experience, no wait time, my experience was amazing. If you ever want a fast and caring experience this is the Urgent Care to go to.
Great place! Staff is super friendly and they charge reasonable prices. Wish this was a primary care facility
I would highly recommend Citi-MD Urgent Care. They really do care about their patients. The doctors are very experienced and want to make sure you are feeling well.
