Dante was great! I came in and toured and applied the same day. He called back the next day and sent me everything the same day
The apartment community is absolutely beautiful and always well-maintained. The staff here is incredible friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The entire maintenance team is truly the best! Jesus and Fabio always take care of anything that comes up right away, and Christian and Frank have been amazing as well. Very happy with my experience with citi lakes & the staff there is amazing!!!
Living at City Lakes has been one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. From day one, we started having problems with cockroaches all over the apartment — in the kitchen, bathroom, clothes, bed… everywhere! We’ve made multiple maintenance requests for Pest Control, but their “solutions” have never worked. After more than five months, we’re still dealing with the same issue.
