My business card is constantly declined for fraud that does not exist. I am not given a fraud alert on my phone, the phone number automatically disconnects, and online cannot provide support. I have to go to the branch every time - this has happened 7 times in the last 3 months. The branch cannot assist me any quicker than 1 hour, sometimes more than 2 hours, each time. The most ridiculous customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been a business client for over 20 years, but this is beyond hopeless. The branch staff are completely incompetent, and calling customer service is worse—you’re connected to representatives who don’t even speak English fluently. I went to make a credit card payment. They don't take cash. Isn't that ridiculous. They only take cash if I have an account. Isn't a credit card issued by Citi Bank an account?
