There's two peo people in here that I enjoy interacting with. As a general rule, dealing with CitBank in-branch is complete trash. Sometimes it's the people, but mostly it's the process.
Wow! The Citi-bank team is awesome!! Not only did they honor the huge promotion they sent me to open a business account but the staff was unbelievably friendly, helpful and super professional. Joseph the manager, Karen the banker who helped me open an account and Farah who's helping me with Merchant services went above and beyond. What a great experience! I highly recommend them!

Don't have an account with them but they were nice enough to still exchange some cash for qtrs and even stayed a little after closing to help me out, very helpful!
