I went in last week with my dad because he lost his card and needed some money right away. We were worried it wouldn’t be possible without the card but the girl that took us, Nahirobi, was very kind and explained to us that it was possible. She was really helpful and respectful towards him seeing how worried he was and even told us she was going to make sure a new card was sent to him overnight.
