Even though I was late to my appointment the staff got me in and out quickly. I have always felt they care about me and even though you don' usually like to go the the dentist I enjoy my visits.
Dr Citek, his wife Dr. Diane Friedrichs, and their staff have been my family's dentist for the past 30 years. It started with my two year old daughter, then myself, my two husband's (I am a widow), my sister's family, and my mother and father. He has from the beginning been friendly, polite, professonal, and informative throughout each examination and procedure. I have only left once because of distance. My semi-annual checkups at Dr. Citek's office are always a pleasant experience. It is much like visiting family members you haven't seen in a while and we are all catching up on family news. This most recent visit was just after Hurricane Harvey had flooded much of Houston and I'm sure many of the patients of this dental practice. But, we were glad to learn that none of the office staff had been flooded.
Angela is great! Everyone in the office is friendly and they make us feel like family. My kids look forward to going to the dentist every six months!
It is always a pleasant experience coming to this dental office. Whether it is a regular check-up or needing work. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and to make sure and address any concerns and answer all questions. They take their time and I am seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time. Beyond pleased with this dentist and staff!
