Josh Biggs is owner of Citadel Roofing & Construction. Beginning April 2025, he and his crew reroofed my 20 year old house with high ceilings, it is a very large roof with a steep 11/12 roof pitch. Josh showed up every day and worked alongside his crew of 6 workers. He is very skilled at roofing and construction and made recommendations that improved on what was already there. Josh gives top notch service and expertise. He always explains issues clearly so I understood what needed to be done. He also gives levels of service necessary to help with budget. He’s the best.

Drives like a total jerk with no regard to the public. Speeds through school zones and flips out when confronted about it. Funny how I'm not the only one to witness this guy's terrible driving in his maroon mega cab. EDIT: August 25th 2022, 6:45am, Horseshoe Bend. Highways 55. I have text messages available as well.

During one of those rare two day rain events here in Star Idaho, We discovered a leak from a vent above our toilet. Josh stopped by shortly after I called on his way to an appointment in Boise. The flashing around the vent had not been properly installed and within 10 minutes he had it temporarily repaired and will stop by when things dry out for a more permanent fix. Aside from being a nice person, Josh is very professional, knowledgeable and above all else he is honest.
