Everyone knows dealing with insurance companies are a pain, however I have had nothing but great success dealing with mine. Tim has made the process easy. He listened to my needs and did everything he could to make sure they were met.
Great so far. Everyone's nice. PRICING= FAIR. I needed to have that dumb old SR-22BOND insurance, they made it simple. I love that they will give me extra time to pay if I'm running a little behind.
Tim worked with our daughter and son in law and has got years. During our move from Florida, time was of the c essence to get new insurance in place. Tim was quick on the draw and gave us quality coverage at a GREAT price! I'm thankful to have Citadel as my agency!
